Kevin Brockman

AKD Plumbing began as Hoff Mechanical in the 90’s. Kevin Brockman, owner of AKD, joined the Hoff Mechanical team in 2003 after moving to Iowa from Virginia Beach, where he quickly moved up in skill and became an entrusted member of the Hoff Mechanical team.

In 2021, Kevin purchased Hoff Mechanical and rebranded the business as AKD Plumbing, named after his wife and kids, Amanda, Kira, and Damian.

Kevin and the AKD Plumbing team have been trusted plumbers in Ames, Iowa for over 20 years.
